Tutorials

Every Wednesday the students have the chance to talk to the director of the school. This hour serves to support the students, if there are any problems that have appeared in the grammar- or conversation classes.

Exhibitions and museums

In 2000 Salamanca was voted the cultural capital of Europe. This choice was not a coincidence. Salamanca is a Spanish city, with one of the most enormous cultural offers. Not only for the University, but also for the importance of the tourism the program is much diversified. During the whole year you can visit exhibitions with pictures, photos… in some of the historical buildings. In addition there are diverse museums, which should be visited, La Casa Lis, one of the most important museums of Art Nouvoeau, the museum Tauromaquia, the Da2 (museum for contemporary art)… After we have talked in classes about the Spanish culture and history, you can visit the different places to get to know more about the style, monuments and authors.

Events

In a city like Salamanca, the cultural offer is not just limited to museums and exhibitions. The cultural schedule is full of concerts, theatre, ballet… To be in the position to realize these events, Salamanca disposes over some stages, EL CAEM (centre for scenic art and music), el Palacio Congresos, el Liceo…
